Wagging tails are ready to welcome you at Eastern CT State University for a special doggy yoga class to benefit Pack Leaders Rescue of CT.

Students will have a chance to practice yoga while adorable rescue puppies roam freely, giving cuddles and puppy kisses as they flow through a relaxing, mixed-level yoga session. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, this event is perfect for everyone—especially if you’re looking for a fun and furry way to relieve school stress!

Event Details:

• Yoga session 1 - 10:00-10:45am

• Yoga session 2 - 11:00am-12:00pm

• Puppy Meet & Greet session - 12:00-12:30pm

• Eastern CT State University - Fine Arts Amphitheater (in the event of inclement weather, it will be held indoors in the Shafer Gymnasium)

• Certified instructor Michelle Rooney will guide you through a calming, 45-minute class while the dogs roam and play.

What You Need: Just bring your yoga mat or towel— Pack Leaders Rescue of CT will bring the pups!

This event is exclusively for Eastern CT State University's students and tickets are not available to the general public.

Space is limited to the first 50 participants for each yoga session, and tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
